  In your blog entry "Due process rights must be secured for all immigration proceedings."
  "Part of due process has to be clearly defining a humane process and then following the process.  I hear so many horrer stories of people being rounded up and sent to Mexico when they in fact may not even be from Mexico or are in fact US citizens (with dimished mental capacity).  This should never happen.  There must be a greater burden of proof on the immigration officials.   The goal of immigration policy should be to treat people in a fair and humane manner while securing the countries borders."

  "It's sad reflection on the state of things that this has to be spelled out.  This sounds like something we would be encouraging other countries to be doing, but then I realize it is in reference to what our own government/military is doing."
